His responsibilities include managing the successful promotion and sale of Kawneer products for the new and remodel market segments across New York State, as well as the five boroughs of New York City. As a new member of Kawneer's Sales Team, Weidner works to support the needs of Kawneer Customers in the state of New York. Prior to joining Alliance Metals, he received a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from Kutztown University. where he gained valuable experience working in Outside Territory Sales. Weidner comes to Kawneer from Alliance Metals, Inc. Clayton is dedicated to fostering relations with customers and architects, as well as growing market share throughout his region. Clayton has returned to Kawneer to serve as an Architectural Sales Representative in the Southern Ontario region of Canada where he is responsible for managing and developing customer accounts. and Project Manager of Sherwood Windows Ltd.

Most recently, Clayton worked as a Production Manager for Indalex Ltd. He began his career with Kawneer as a Project Manager, and through the course of his 17-year tenure with the company served in a variety of roles in production, customer service and sales.

With more than 20 years of experience in the glass, metal and glazing industry, Clayton brings extensive expertise and business knowledge to his new role.
